The offer is worth considering, because:

• We have an access to large group of users (the traffic of the WSE website is about 2 mio. monthly)
• We guarantee security of publication (a prospectus is certified by the WSE)
• A prospectus may be published for any period of time
• It is possible to publish any attachments/annexes
• We enable your prospectus to be available in the archives of the WSE website
• The documents on the website are secured in terms of probable trials of changing them

The publication of the prospectus on the WSE website is due to the agreement signed with the WSE and is followed by the steps:

1. The issuer* contacts the Promotion and Public Information Office (Email: prospekty@gpw.com.pl; ph. +48 22 537 72 03, +48 22 537 72 71, +48 22 537 73 42) from which receives the Agreement form and the Application form.
2. Mentioned documents, the Application Form and the Agreement form signed are to be sent to the WSE with attached electronic version of the prospectus in order to publish them on the website (written on a CD rom)
3. If the prospectus follows the regulations of the Agreement, the WSE certifies the prospectus and publishes it on the website, latest on the following trading day until 10.30 am. .
* or the other legal person which has a right to act on behalf of the issuer, proxyhood is required

Technical conditions of a prospectus electronic version

1. A prospectus needs to be delivered to the WSE as a PDF file/files written on a non-writable CD rom. If the prospecus is one PDF file, it is to be titled ?ABC Prospectus", whereas ABC is an abbreviated name of an issuer. If a prospectus is written in more than one PDF file, a name of each should directly indicate its content.

2. CD rom must be titled as: name o an issuer, "The prospectus on the WSE website", date

3. A mentioned application form should be attached to a CD rom.

Financial conditions

1. Act of publishing of a prospectus on the WSE website - PLN 2,000

2. Each month of maintain of the prospectus publication, counting from the first day of publication - PLN 500

3. Publication of the first annex - PLN 500

4. Publication of the second annex - PLN 400

5. Publication of the third annex - PLN 300

6. Publication of the fourth annex - PLN 200

7. Publication of the fifth and the following annexes - PLN 100

8. Publication of an additional offer documents - PLN 500

9. Maintain of the prospectus in the web WSE Archives - PLN 300 per year

To all the prices VAT needs to be added following the legal regulations.
