If a company intends to offer its clients an access to delayed data (with 15-minute delay) authorised by the WSE, it is first obliged to sign a distribution agreement with the WSE (the same as in case of real-time data distribution).
In this case the data distributor pays only an annual fee (see paragraph 2 for the actual amount charged by the WSE) and thereafter is allowed to distribute delayed data to unlimited number of subscribers and to disseminate it on his publicly available Internet pages.
Delayed data received under an agreement signed with the WSE may be disseminated with a notice that they originate from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Having a status of an authorised data distributor allows to achieve marketing benefits, such as for instance listing the company's name on the WSE website in the chapter on distribution of information services (www.gpw.com.pl/gpw/serwisy.html) and in the WSE publications and promotion materials.
Please note that delayed data received from other sources than the WSE or one of its authorised data distributors may be disseminated without signing the agreement with the WSE and without the WSE authorisation. Such a solution does not result in any fees but also the Warsaw Stock Exchange cannot be mentioned as a source of data.
