Suspension of trading of shares of the company TETA
Resolution No. 766/2010 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 29 July 2010
concerning the suspension in the WSE Main List of trading in shares of the company TETA S.A.
§ 1 In connection with the submitted a notification of the intent to compulsory buyout of shares of the company TETA S.A., pursuant to § 33.2 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to suspend trading in shares of the company TETA S.A. starting from 30 July 2010.
§ 2 Pursuant to § 5.2 and § 16.1 of Chapter 6 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves as follows: 1) broker’s orders for the shares of the company TETA S.A., shall not be accepted starting from 30 July 2010, 2) broker’s orders for the shares of the company TETA S.A., that have been submitted to the exchange but remained unexecuted until the end of the day 29 July 2010 shall be cancelled.
§ 3 This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
