Licenses

Warsaw Stock Exchange indices names are registered trademarks so the issue of a financial instrument including a name of an index in its name requires signing of a licence agreement with WSE.

WSE offers three types of the licence agreement:

1. General Licence for WIG20 index - type of the licence entitling to use WIG20 index in order to issue, offer and to introduce to trading the financial instruments based on this index.
2. General Licence for all WSE indices – type of the licence entitling to use all WSE indices in order to issue, offer and to introduce to trading the financial instruments based on these indices.
3. One-off licence - type of the license entitling to use WSE index in order to issue, offer, market and distribute one financial instrument linked to such index
