WSE IPO Partners - Primary Market Leaders

The programme is open to investment companies, legal firms, auditors, and financial consultancies working in the primary market. As a criterion of participation, the company should have executed at least five IPOs totalling at least PLN 300 M (including new issues by WSE listed companies) in every two-year period under consideration. The Primary Market Leader title extends to the IPO market as well as the market of subsequent public offers of listed companies. Programme participants can use the special promotion logo of a WSE IPO Partner – Primary Market Leader.

The WSE IPO Partner to SMEs and the WSE IPO Partners – Primary Market Leaders programmes are a part of WSE’s initiatives aimed at creating a regional stock market in Warsaw.
