Fees

Fees for access to the Exchange IT system:

1.1 One-off fees:  
  a) for access to a standard access point PLN 6,000
  b) for access to a terminal access point PLN 2,000
  c) for change of location of a standard access point PLN 3,000
     
1.2 Quarterly fees:  
  a) For maintenance of a standard access point PLN 6,000
  b) For maintenance of a terminal access point PLN 1,000


Fees referred to in 1 shall not be charged for access points used to perform market making tasks only and operate on the market maker's own account only in connection with the market making tasks.

  Fees for use of the Exchange IT system - on the total number of operations concerning orders made by an exchange member within a calendar quarter (operations concerning orders are understood as making, modifying and cancelling broker's orders):
  a) the total number of operations concerning orders made in a quarter up to 200,000 PLN 0.04 on each operation concerning orders
  b) the total number of operations concerning orders made in a quarter more than 200,000 PLN 8,000


Fees referred to in 2 shall not be charged on operations concerning orders made as part of market making tasks performed by an exchange member only.

Transaction fees are specifies in Exhibit 1 to the Exchange Rules .
