Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (“WSE”) informs that on 15 February 2012, 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) series B bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zlotys) each issued by WSE will be registered in the National Depository for Securities with the code PLGPW0000041.

Legal basis: § 34.1.(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
