The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) informs that on 16 February 2012 the WSE Management Board in its Resolution No. 144/2012 decided to introduce as of 20 February 2012 by way of an ordinary procedure into exchange trading on the main market the following bearer bonds issued by the WSE:
1) 1,700,000 (one million seven hundred thousand) series A bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zlotys),coded as “PLGPW0000033” by the National Depository for Securities,
2) 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) series B bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 (one hundred zlotys), coded as “PLGPW0000041” by the National Depository for Securities, conditional on the assimilation by the National Depository for Securities of the bonds with the bonds of the WSE coded as “PLGPW0000033”, on 20 February 2012.
The bonds of the WSE will be listed in the continuous trading under the abbreviated name “GPW0117”.

§ 34.1.(3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
