Further to Current Report No. 24/2015 of 12 October 2015 the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“Company” or “GPW”) informs that on 20 October 2015 the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (Central Securities Depository of Poland, “KDPW”) adopted Resolution No. 697/15 whereby, following the cancellation of 1,245,163 Company bonds, the number of GPW bonds marked with the code PLGPW0000033 will be reduced as of 22 October 2015. So far the number of bonds marked with the ISIN code PLGPW0000033 was 2,450,000 bonds, from 22 October 2015 1,204,837 GPW bonds will be marked with this code.

Legal basis: § 5.1(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
