Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (“GPW”) informs that, further to the Resolution No. 725/15 of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (Central Securities Depository of Poland, “KDPW”) of 30 October 2015, on 3 November 2015, 1,250,000 series C bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100 each, issued by GPW, will be registered in the KDPW with the code PLGPW0000066.

Legal basis: § 34.1.(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
