Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (“the Warsaw Stock Exchange”, “GPW”, “the Exchange” or “the Company”) announces that the GPW Supervisory Board acting pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships in conjunction with § 20.3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, decided at its meeting held on 22 June 2022 to appoint Mrs Izabela Olszewska as Member of the Exchange Management Board, responsible for business and sales development.
The CV of the newly appointed Member of the Management Board is attached hereto.
According to the declaration submitted by the newly appointed Management Board Member, she conduct no activity competitive to GPW, has no interest in a competitive company as partner in a partnership or civil partnership or as member of a body of a capital company and has no interest in any other competitive legal entity as member of its bodies. Furthermore, the newly appointed Management Board Member has a clean record in the Bad Debtor Registry maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
