Tomasz BARDZIŁOWSKI

Tomasz Bardziłowski graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and earned a Master’s degree in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam. He completed his doctoral studies at Kozminski University, the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, and the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. He also studied at Staffordshire University Business School in the UK and at Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna. He started his professional career in 1997 at ABN AMRO brokerage house in Warsaw; from 1998 to 2003 he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as a Polish market analyst. Between 2003 and 2005, he was Head of Institutional Sales at DM BZ WBK (now Santander), and between 2005 and 2006, President of the Management Board of CAIB Securities. Between 2006 and 2010, he was Head of Emerging Europe Equity Research and Head of CEE Equities at UniCredit CAIB. From 2010 to 2012, he was Managing Director and Head of the Polish branch of Credit Suisse Securities. From 2012 to 2018, he was Management Board Member and Head of the Public Market Department of Vestor Dom Maklerski (formerly DI Investors). From February 2019, he was Managing Director in the Capital Markets Department and Advisor to the Management Board at IPOPEMA Securities. From 2014 to 2016, he was a capital markets expert at the Civil Development Forum Foundation (FOR). Tomasz Bardziłowski won multiple awards as the best analyst for the CEE market, among others in the Institutional Investors ranking. He was recognised as “Analyst of the Year” in the Parkiet newspaper’s poll in 2005 and as the best stock market strategist in the same poll in 2006. He is a stockbroker (licence number 2110) and holds the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), which he obtained in 2000. |
Sławomir PANASIUK

Sławomir Panasiuk has graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, where he completed the MA (Master of Engineering) and postgraduate programme. He has completed a PhD programme in economic sciences, majoring in management science, at the Warsaw School of Economics; the Advanced Management Program at the IESE Business School; and a number of training programmes in project management, IT management (ITIL certificate), implementation and development of information technologies, and financial markets. From 2006 to 2024 he was a Member of the Management Board and from 2009 Vice President of the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (KDPW, Central Securities Depository of Poland), and from 2011 to 2024 Vice President of the Management Board of the clearing house KDPW_CCP S.A. At the KDPW Group, he supervised the implementation of a number of projects improving the quality and expanding the scope of post-trade services, bringing the Polish financial market in line with competition and international standards. His key achievements in this respect include: the implementation of the depository-clearing system kdpw_stream; the European authorisation of the clearing house KDPW_CCP; the launch of the OTC derivatives clearing service; the launch and registration with ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) of a trade repository; the launch and international authorisation of the LEI allocation service; and the launch of work on the implementation of blockchain technology. He represented KDPW on the Euro Cyber Resilience Board for pan-European Financial Infrastructures (2018-2024), the CSD Steering Group and the CSD Contact Group (CCG) in the European Target2Securities project run by the European Central Bank (2010-2012). He was a Member of the CCP Global Executive Committee from 2017 to 2024 and represented KDPW_CCP in the ISDA CCP Committee from 2016 to 2024. From 2019 to 2024 he was a Member of the Capital Market Benchmarks Oversight Committee and from 2018 to 2024 a Member of the Interest Rate Benchmarks Oversight Committee at GPW Benchmark S.A. From 2013 to 2017 he was Secretary to and then Chairperson of the WIBID and WIBOR Reference Rates Board at ACI Poland. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of BondSpot S.A. (2012-2013), IRGiT S.A. (2009-2010), and Centrum Giełdowe S.A. (2006-2024). Sławomir Panasiuk has won many awards for his achievements in the development and implementation of IT systems, including in 2009 the title of CIO of the Year in a ranking published by International Data Group Poland and the magazine CIO Magazyn Dyrektorów IT, in 2017 the title of CIO of 15 Years awarded by the members of the CIO Club organised by CIO Magazyn Dyrektorów IT, and together with KDPW the title of 2008 IT Leader in the Finance and Banking category in a ranking published by the Computerworld weekly. |
Michał KOBZA

Michał Kobza holds an MBA in Digital Transformation from the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. In 2017, he completed the International Institute for Securities Market Growth programme in Washington DC. Prior to that, he studied IT management at the Warsaw University of Technology from 2016 to 2017. He is also a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, where he earned a master’s degree in capital investment and corporate finance. Expert with over 15 years of experience in capital market infrastructure, sales, business development, financial product and strategic project management. He has worked for many years with international investment banks, brokers, proprietary traders, custodians, software vendors and telecommunication service providers for capital market entities. From September 2022, served as a Development Expert at WAMID (Saudi Tadawul Advanced Solutions Company) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He was responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the Tadawul exchange in the MENA region. From 2008 to 2022, he was affiliated with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where he started as Specialist. Between 2015 and 2022, he was Director and Deputy Director of the GPW Market Development Department. He managed a team responsible for attracting new exchange members, developing price incentive programmes and introducing new asset classes. He initiated the launch of the Analytical Coverage Support Programme and was involved in many projects implementing new systems and services. Early in his career, from 2007 to 2008, he worked as a hedge fund accountant at PFPC International (PNC Financial Services Group) in Dublin, Ireland. He served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Infoengine S.A. and GPW Benchmark. |
Dominika NIEWIADOMSKA-SINIECKA

Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka – General Counsel CEE, Managing Director and Management Board Member responsible for Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and Restructuring. A lawyer and executive with over 24 years of experience in the TMT, fintech, and banking industries. As General Counsel of P4 Sp. z o.o., the operator of PLAY, she played a pivotal role in the company's growth and value creation, ultimately leading to its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She was instrumental in the establishment of Aion Bank, the first fully digital bank operating on Google Cloud, headquartered in Belgium, and co-developed digital services at the technology company Vodeno. As a Management Board Member, she participated in the sale of UPC by Liberty Global and played a key role in the unique, large-scale European project of restructuring and selling VeloBank S.A. She began her career in international law firms. She holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw and the University of Regensburg, as well as an Advanced Management Program diploma from IESE Business School and a Management Program diploma from ICAN Institute. She is a licensed legal advisor (radca prawny) registered with the District Chamber of Legal Advisors (OIRP). Beyond her professional endeavors, she is actively involved in supporting women’s development through the LiderShe association. She is a lecturer in the Postgraduate Studies for Supervisory Board Members at the Warsaw University of Technology. She has been recognized twice on the General Counsel Power List CEE (The Legal 500) and ranked among the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Business by Forbes Women and the Women in Law Foundation. |
Marcin RULNICKI

Experienced manager with many years of experience in financial management. Since September 2024, Member of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Previously, CFO at the international SunRoof group, which offers innovative solar roofs. In 2009-2021 with the Asseco Group. In 2012-2021, CFO and Member of the Management Board at Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A. responsible for the international finance team and legal and administrative functions with actively participation in investor relations. In 2009-2012, Corporate Finance Manager at Asseco Poland S.A. In this role, he oversaw the finances of the international division of the Asseco Group, participated in acquisitions, and supervised the group’s foreign assets. Previously, he ran his own consulting business and worked as CFO and Head of Finance at real estate investment management companies. He started his professional career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and then joined Ernst and Young Audit. Marcin Rulnicki holds a Master’s degree in Capital Investments and Financial Strategies of Enterprises from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He is a certified auditor. |
