Since 2018, Member of the Management Board responsible for marketing, PR&IR, ESG of the Murapol Group, a nationwide housing developer, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with the global fund Ares Management Corporation as the majority investor. In 2009-2017, president of the management board and CEO of the National Depository for Securities and the clearing house KDPW_CCP - the main post-trading institutions on the Polish capital market. In 2000-2009, director of information and promotion at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Assistant professor at the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she obtained a PhD in economics. Iwona Sroka has extensive and comprehensive business experience in management, marketing communications, capital and financial markets, and academic studies. Moreover, she has experience in many advisory bodies, including participation as a member of the Council for the Development of the Financial Market at the Minister of Finance and the Payment System Council at the National Bank of Poland, and the Board of Directors of the European Association of Central Securities Depositories. Currently, she is a member of the Social Dialogue Council (and previously the Tripartite Commission) - as a representative of the employers' side and vice-president, and then a member of the Council of Employers of the Republic of Poland. In 2017-2022, she was a member of the supervisory board of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). In 2017-2018, member of the supervisory board of the Skarbiec TFI and Skarbiec Holding investment funds. In 2020-2021, she participated in the creation by a team of experts with the support of the Polish Institute of Directors Foundation of the Good Practices of the Audit Committee (DPKA), prepared to support the activities of audit committees and strengthen corporate supervision in listed companies.

Paweł HOMIŃSKI

Paweł Homiński has nearly 30 years of experience on the capital market. He is a licensed stockbroker (since 1994), investment advisor (since 1999), and CFA charterholder (since 2003). He started his career in 1995 at Magnus Brokerage House and later managed the Polish part of the East Capital Beteiligungen AG fund. From 1999 to 2006, he worked at PTE DOM S.A. as the manager of the equity part of the pension fund. In 2006 he joined the newly established Noble Funds TFI S.A. as a fund manager. From 2012, he was a member of the company's Board of Directors and its CIO, and then its CEO from 2021 to 2022. Since 2022, he has been running his own publishing and advisory business. In the past, he served as a member of the supervisory board of several WSE-listed companies.

Jakub KARNOWSKI

Jakub Karnowski graduated from Warsaw School of Economics: PhD (2004) and Master (1997) as well as MBA (Master of Business Administration) program at the Carlson School of Management and the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota (1997). He started his career as an Adviser and then Head of the Policy Cabinet of Leszek Balcerowicz, Minister of Finance in Poland (1997-2000), adviser on € - European common currency issues and Director of International Department in The National Bank of Poland as well as member of Foreign Reserves Investment Committee (2001-2003). Jakub Karnowski served as Alternate Executive Director at the World Bank Group (2003-2008), CEO and Chair of Investment Committee in PKO TFI (investment mutual funds company owned by PKO Bank Polski) (2008-2012); CEO of Polish State Railways Group (PKP S.A.) in charge of major investment programs and privatization (2012-2015); CEO of the private investment group Luma Investment S.A. (2016-2019). Jakub Karnowski served as independent supervisory board member and Chair of Risk and Audit Committeeof HSBC Bank Polska (2015-2019), Allianz Insurance Group Poland (2017-2024), PZU S.A. (2014-2016) and other publicity-listed companies. He holds a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) distination. He was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrposhta (as a Member 2018-2024; Chair 2021-2024) and an independent member of the Supervisory Board of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (2021-2024). He took the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC KredoBank on August 19th, 2024 & was elected by the supervisory board to the position of CEO on February 21st, 2025, based on the approval received from the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine. He assumed the position on March 1st, 2025. Since 1996 he has been parallelly pursuing an academic career at Warsaw School of Economics currently as a Head of Liberal Economics Unit and a Student’s Association for the Recovery of Ukraine mentor. Jakub Karnowski is a member of Ukraine Expert Panel at the World Bank.

Waldemar MARKIEWICZ

Waldemar Markiewicz has extensive experience including advising the Ministry of the Treasury on the sale of companies, public market transactions for a number of investors and companies on capital raising, block sales and public tender offers. He was the main founder of the private, independent brokerage house ProCapital SA, which was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999. For nearly 20 years, he was responsible for the operations of DB Securities SA Brokerage House in the Central European markets (Warsaw, Budapest, Prague). From 2001 to 2002, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and from 2022 to 2024 (until 29 February), a member of of the Supervisory Board of Noble Securities SA. Organiser of the annual Capital Market Conference, which has become one of the most important events in Poland dedicated to the development of the capital market with the participation of leading representatives of public administration, supervisors, investors, issuers, brokerage houses and banks. Initiator of the development of the Government Strategy for the Development of the Capital Market in Poland. Since 2012, President of the Management Board of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses. Previously he worked, among others, at the Santander Bank Brokerage House, Santander Securities SA Brokerage House, DB Securities SA Brokerage House, ProCapital SA Brokerage House.

Wiesław ROZŁUCKI, PhD

Dr Wiesław Rozłucki is a graduate of the Department of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics (1970). He obtained his PhD in Economic Geography in 1977. From 1973 to 1989, he was Assistant Professor at the Polish Academy of Sciences. In 1979-1980, he studied at the London School of Economics as a British Council scholarship holder. In 1990-1994, he was an advisor to the Minister of Finance, Director of the Capital Market Development Department at the Ministry of Ownership Transformations, and a member of the Securities Commission. Dr W. Rozłucki was President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange from its establishment in 1991 for five terms until 2006, and a member of the Exchange Supervisory Board from 2013 to 2016. He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (KDPW) and a member of the governing bodies of the World Federation of Exchanges and the Federation of European Securities Exchanges. From 2011 to 2015, he was Chairman of the Panel of the President’s Economic Award. Dr W. Rozłucki is actively involved in the corporate governance movement in Poland. He is co-founder and President of the Management Board of the Polish Institute of Directors. He is also a member of the supervisory boards of companies listed on GPW: IMS SA and XTPL SA, as well as two unlisted companies: Bank BPH and CardifPolska. In the previous several years, he was a member of the supervisory boards of companies including TVN, Orange Polska, PKN Orlen, Polimex-Mostostal, Wasko, MCI. Currently he is a Senior Adviser at Rothschild & Co. In 2011, he was awarded by the President of Poland with the Commander’s Cross with Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta. In 2024, he received an honorary doctorate degree from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Małgorzata RUSEWICZ

She has been involved in the Polish capital market for more than 13 years. In 2013, she assumed the position of President of the Chamber of Polisf Pension Funds, and from 2019. also President of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management. She is a member of the Financial Market Development Council at the Ministry of Finance. She is also a member of a number of advisory bodies and Programme Boards related to the functioning of the financial market, including, among others, the European Financial Congress. Over the past few years, she has also been a member of the KDPW CCP Risk Committee and member of the Supervisory Committee on Reference Interest Rate at GPW Benchmark. She is a lawyer and also completed postgraduate studies in insurance at the Warsaw School of Economics. She started her professional career in 2002 at the Social Insurance Institution. In the following years, she cooperated with the Institute of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Commission as an expert on the labour market and insurance law. From 2005 to 2007, she was associated with Ghent University, where she participated in the Training and Reporting on European Social Security programme. From 2007 to 2012, she worked at Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan as Director of the Department of Social Dialogue and Labour Relations. In Conferderaion Lewiatan she also coordinated the Labour Market Council.

Katarzyna SZWARC

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (summa cum laudae), IESE Business School University of Navarra - Advanced Management Program and Postgraduate Studies in Law and Capital Market Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Legal Advisor registered in the list of Legal Advisors kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Performs her profession in the form of individual business activity. She started her professional activity in the Group of Companies of the Mint of Poland performing corporate governance tasks over subsidiaries and providing corporate services to the bodies of the Mint of Poland and its subsidiaries. From 2006 to 2007, she served as a Legal Specialist, and then, from 2007 to 2010, as Head of the Legal Department. From 2010 to 2018, she was Director of the Legal Department of the Mint of Poland S.A. From 2016 to 2022, she managed legal services for the Netia S.A. Group. From March 2008 to April 2009 and from December 2009 to April 2013, she served as Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A., based in Sosnowiec (formerly Energopol Południe S.A.). Since March 2008, she has served as Secretary, and since June 2018. Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of NEWAG S.A. From 2013 to 2020, she served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., based in Warsaw. From 2007- 2022, she served as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of CD Projekt S.A., additionally from 2017-2022 she served as a Member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of CD Projekt S.A.. From 2015-2022, she served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Audit Committee of SOHO Development S.A.
