The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Exchange”) informs that on 5 February 2024 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the GPW has adopted a resolution (“Resolution”) to recall from the GPW Management Board Mr Marek Dietl, President of the Exchange Management Board.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of delivery to the Exchange of the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving the changes on the GPW Management Board under this Resolution.

Legal basis: § 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
