The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”) informs that the shareholders present at the GPW Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 February 2024 (“GPW EGM”) jointly held 39,396,792 votes.
The shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at GPW EGM were:
- the State Treasury, which held 29,390,940 votes equal to 74.60% of votes at the GPW EGM and 51.80% of the total vote.
- Allianz Polska OFE, which held 2,242,998 vote equal to 5.69% of votes at the GPW EGM and 3.95% of the total vote.
- NN OFE, which held 2,098,000 vote equal to 5.33% of votes at the GPW EGM and 3.70% of the total vote.
The total number of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,744,470.
