Content:
The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”) presents in an enclosure hereto the content of resolutions adopted by the GPW Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 February 2024.
At the same time, GPW presents the resolutions that were put to the vote and were not taken by the GPW Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 February 2024.
Legal basis: § 19.1 (6) and (8) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
