The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”, “Exchange”) informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the GPW on 27 June 2024 appointed the following persons to the Exchange Supervisory Board for a new cadence:
- Mr Paweł Homiński,
- Mr Waldemar Markiewicz,
- Mr Piotr Prażmo,
- Mr Wiesław Rozłucki,
- Ms Małgorzata Rusewicz,
- Ms Iwona Sroka,
- Ms Katarzyna Szwarc.
New joint term of the Exchange Supervisory Board starts on the day following the date of this Annual General Meeting.
The Company provides the CV of new appointed Supervisory Board members as the attachment.
According to the statements provided by the new appointed Supervisory Board members, they do not perform in any form any activities competitive to the GPW, they are not engaged in a competitive companies as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members of authorities of a joint stock company, and they are not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of its authority. Furthermore, according to the statements of the newly appointed members of the Exchange Supervisory Board, they do not have records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
