Further to Current Report No. 9/2025 of 3 June 2025, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”, “Exchange”) hereby publishes a document “Comparison of the remuneration of CEOs of selected listed companies and GPW”.

The document was prepared in connection with introduction, at the request of a shareholder – the State Treasury - an item to the agenda of GPW Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2025:

“Adoption of a resolution amending Resolution No. 36 of the Annual General Meeting of 17 June 2019 on the determination of the principles for shaping the remuneration of members of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.”

Legal basis: Article 19(1)(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
