Further to Current Report No. 13/2026 of 12 August 2026, the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”, “Exchange”) hereby announces that on 4 September 2026 the Company received a notification from the Company's shareholder, the State Treasury, regarding the nomination of Mr. Jakub Karnowski as a candidate for a member of the Exchange Supervisory Board in relation to item 5 of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 10 September 2026 concerning changes in the composition of the Exchange Supervisory Board.

Attached to this report, the Company presents information concerning the candidate for a member of the Exchange Supervisory Board, including education, qualifications, previously held positions and a description of his professional career.

Legal basis: Article 20(1)(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
