The Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”, “Exchange”) presents in an enclosure hereto the content of resolutions adopted by the GPW Extraordinary General Meeting on 10 September 2026.

Legal basis: Article 20(1)(6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
