Acting pursuant to Article 428 § 5 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”) publishes answers to the questions of a shareholder asked at the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting on 19 June 2018.

The answers to the shareholder’s questions are presented in the attached PDF file.

Legal basis: § 19 (1) (12) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
