The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the GPW on 1 October 2019 appointed Mr Krzysztof Jajuga to the Exchange Supervisory Board as of 1 October 2019.

The Company provides the CV of newly appointed Supervisory Board member as the attachment.

According to the statements provided by Mr Krzysztof Jajuga, he does not perform in any form any activities competitive to the GPW, is not engaged in a competitive companies as partners in a partnership or civil law partnership or members of authorities of a joint stock company, and is not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of its authority. Furthermore, according to the statements of the newly appointed member of the Exchange Supervisory Board, he does not have records in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.

Legal basis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
