Further to Current Report No. 19/2022 of 1 July 2022, the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“Exchange”, “GPW”, “Company”) announces that it has received a letter from Mr Tomasz Dąbrowski regarding his resignation from the position of GPW Management Board Member for IT. The resignation is due to Mr Tomasz Dąbrowski’s plans to take up other professional challenges as of 7 November 2022.

Legal basis: § 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
