The Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Exchange”, “Company”) announces that on 11 March 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution (“Resolution”) dismissing from the Exchange Management Board Ms Monika Gorgoń, member of the GPW Management Board.

The Resolution come into force on the date of delivery to GPW of the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approving the change in the composition of the Exchange Management Board under the Resolution.

Legal basis: Article 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
