With regard to the current report No. 1/2025 of 23 January 2025, the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”), hereby informs about its decision to change the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025, from 6 November 2025 to 17 November 2025.

Legal basis: § 84 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
