With regard to the current report No. 1/2026 of 22 January 2026, the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange (“GPW”, “Company”), hereby informs about its decision to change the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2026, from 27 May 2026 to 25 May 2026.

Legal basis: § 84 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
