Currently, in the European Union, advanced works are underway related to the introduction of the electronic reporting process, which concern an increasing number of capital market participants.

During the conference "New Electronic Reporting Standards in the Capital Market" you will learn about ESEF reporting on the European Union capital markets, what challenges various entities face in the context of sustainable development reporting (CSRD) and what options are already available in the EU in the process of identifying shareholders compliant with SRD II.

In the first part of the conference, the German OAM will present the experience of submitting ESEF reports. Then, representatives of one of the leading reporting application developers will share information on the problems associated with ESEF reporting and how these obstacles can be overcome based on best market practices and recommendations.

The second part of the conference will focus on non-financial reporting. The CSRD directive is already taking final shape in terms of technical standards, but there are still many legal issues that should be further considered. In this section, practical tips on implementing sustainability reporting will be presented.

The final part of the conference will be devoted to the Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II). The participants will learn about the positive effects of this directive in the context of its assumptions, i.e. clear and fast identification of shareholders. Moreover, guidelines will be presented on how to prepare the general meeting more effectively in terms of identifying shareholders.
