Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved amendments to the Exchange Rules adopted by Resolution No. 21/2346/2026 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory Board dated 5 May 2026
At the request of Energa S.A. and with reference to the information contained in the company’s current report No. 23/2026 dated 28 April 2026, the actions specified in Section 1 Chapter 13 Division IV of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in the UTP system will not be executed with respect to pre-emptive rights of Energa S.A.
