The Warsaw Stock Exchange, pursuant to the Resolution No. 1068/2019 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 10 October 2019 on the Liquidity Support Programme (as amended), hereby informs that in accordance with Par. 4 of that Resolution, the liquidity of the WSE listed companies has been reviewed.
In connection with the Resolution No 1523/2025 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 9 December 2025, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notifies that in accordance with the completion of the share merger operation, the trading in shares of FON SE quoted under an abbreviated name “FON” and a ticker “FON”, will be re-opened as of 22 December 2025.
