“The debut of the series B bonds on Catalyst is consistent with our long-term growth strategy, one of the key elements of which is the diversification of funding sources and ensuring that the Group has access to capital enabling it to prepare and deliver further development projects. Our presence on the public market also means greater transparency for market participants and provides a foundation for further strengthening our investor relations. This debut is not only about the admission of our bonds to trading, but also represents another step in building the Group’s presence on the Polish capital market,” said Kamil Rutkowski, President of the Management Board of Rutkowski Group.
The proceeds from the bond issue are intended to finance the Company’s general corporate purposes. Michael/Ström Dom Maklerski acts as the Authorised Adviser in connection with the admission of the bonds to trading on Catalyst.
Rutkowski Group has operated in the residential property market for more than 30 years. The Company carries out development projects in eight cities: Gdańsk, Suwałki, Giżycko, Ełk, Białystok, Pisz, Augustów and Grajewo. The debut of Rutkowski Group, a company with more than 30 years of operating history, demonstrates that the bond market is also a viable solution for mature businesses seeking additional financing opportunities to support their further growth,” said Sławomir Panasiuk, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
