Resolution No. 1332/2016
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 14 December 2016

concerning determining the last trading date in the GPW Main List of
the rights to series C bearer ordinary shares
of the company ARTIFEX MUNDI S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 17 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board determines 19 December 2016 as the last trading date of 500,000 rights to series C bearer ordinary shares of the company ARTIFEX MUNDI S.A. a par value PLN 0.01 each, coded as “PLARTFX00037” by the National Depository for Securities.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
