Resolution No. 226/2017
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 14 March 2017
concerning determining the last trading date in the GPW Main List of
the rights to series J bearer ordinary shares
of the company UNIMOT S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 17 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board determines 16 March 2017 as the last trading date of 2,200,000 rights to series J bearer ordinary shares of the company UNIMOT S.A. a par value PLN 1 each, coded as “PLUNMOT00039” by the National Depository for Securities.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
