Resolution No. 424/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 2 May 2017

concerning the suspension on the Exchange Main List of trading in shares of
the company PLAZA CENTERS N.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam
(Kingdom of the Netherlands)

§ 1

In connection with the request of the company PLAZA CENTERS N.V. concerning the suspension of trading in shares of that company, pursuant to § 30.1.1) of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to suspend trading in shares of the company PLAZA CENTERS N.V., coded as “NL0011882741”, as of 2 May 2017.

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
