Resolution No. 743/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 10 July 2017

concerning the dates of trading on the GPW Main List
of pre-emptive rights to series W bearer ordinary shares
of the company MIRACULUM S.A.

§ 1

The Exchange Management Board acting pursuant to § 20 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, by request of the company MIRACULUM S.A., resolves that pre-emptive rights to series W bearer ordinary shares of that company, registered as “PLKLSTN00066” by the National Depository for Securities shall be traded between 11 July 2017 and 18 July 2017 (inclusive).

§ 2

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
