Resolution No. 770/2017
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 14 July 2017

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the GPW Main List
of rights to series I bearer ordinary shares of the company TRANS POLONIA S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1)    to introduce as of 19 July 2017 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the parallel market 8,500,000 rights to series I bearer ordinary shares of the company TRANS POLONIA S.A. a par value PLN 0,10 each, conditional on the registration of the rights to shares and their coding as “PLTRNSP00013” by the National Depository for Securities on 19 July 2017 at the latest;

2)    to list the rights to bearer ordinary shares of the company TRANS POLONIA S.A., mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „TRANSPOL-PDA” and the code „TRNA”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
