Resolution No. 787/2017
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 20 July 2017
concerning determining the last trading date in the GPW Main List of
the rights to series B bearer ordinary shares of the company MAXCOM S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 17 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Exchange Management Board determines 21 July 2017 as the last trading date of 660,000 rights to series B bearer ordinary shares of the company MAXCOM S.A. a par value PLN 0,05 each, coded as “PLMXCMS00032” by the National Depository for Securities.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
