Resolution No. 825/2017
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 1 August 2017
concerning determining the last trading date in the GPW Main List of
the rights to series H bearer ordinary shares of the company ROBYG S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 17 of Division 1 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Exchange Management Board determines 3 August 2017 as the last trading date of 26,309,199 rights to series H bearer ordinary shares of the company ROBYG S.A. a par value PLN 0,10 each, coded as “PLROBYG00248” by the National Depository for Securities.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
