Resolution No. 932/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 10 August 2017

concerning the admission to exchange trading on the GPW Main List of
series A and B bearer ordinary shares of the company MAXCOM S.A.
in connection with the change of the market
    
§ 1

Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2, § 3.5 and § 3.6 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading in the main market as of 14 August 2017 the following series of bearer ordinary shares of the company MAXCOM S.A., a par value PLN 0.05 each:

1)    2,040,000 series A shares,
2)    660,000 series B shares.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
