Resolution No. 977/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 24 August 2017

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the GPW Main List of series
A and B bearer ordinary shares of the company MOSTOSTAL PŁOCK S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to Resolution No. 83/628/1998 of the GPW Supervisory Board dated 19 August 1998 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 1 September 2017 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market 1,837 series A and B shares of the company MOSTOSTAL PŁOCK S.A. a par value PLN 10 each, coded as “PLMSTPL00026” by the National Depository for Securities, conditional on the conversion of those shares into bearer ordinary shares and their assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 1 September 2017 with the shares of the company listed on the exchange, coded as “PLMSTPL00018”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
