Resolution No. 1266/2017
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 30 October 2017

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the GPW Main List of series F, G and H bearer ordinary shares of the company LARQ S.A.

§ 1

The Exchange Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the Exchange Rules, the following bearer ordinary shares of the company LARQ S.A., a par value PLN 0,10 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market:

1)    50.000 series F shares;
2)    13.333 series G shares;
3)    370.000 series H shares.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 2 November 2017 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company LARQ S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of series F, G and H shares and their coding as “PLCAMMD00032” by the National Depository for Securities on 2 November 2017.

§ 3

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
