Resolution No. 1476/2017
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 11 December 2017
concerning the admission to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series A, B and C bearer ordinary shares of the company MARVIPOL DEVELOPMENT S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to § 3.1, § 3.2 and § 3.6 of the WSE Rules, the GPW Management Board resolves to admit to exchange trading in the parallel market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company MARVIPOL DEVELOPMENT S.A. a par value PLN 1 each:
a) 100,000 series A shares,
b) 1,000 series B shares,
c) 41,551,852 series C shares.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
