of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

concerning the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of
series 018 investment certificates issued by
QUERCUS MULTISTRATEGY FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIĘTY

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 30 April 2018 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading in the main market 7,996 series 018 investment certificates issued by QUERCUS MULTISTRATEGY FUNDUSZ INWESTYCYJNY ZAMKNIĘTY, conditional on the registration of the investment certificates and their coding as “PLQMFIZ00016“ by the National Depository for Securities on 30 April 2018.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
