Resolution No. 650/2018
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 25 June 2018

concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading
on the WSE Main List of series D bearer ordinary shares of the company ALIOR BANK S.A.

§ 1

The WSE Management Board represents that pursuant to § 19.1-2 of the WSE Rules, the 60,000 series D bearer ordinary shares of the company ALIOR BANK S.A., a par value PLN 10 each, are admitted to exchange trading on the main market.

§ 2

Pursuant to § 36, §37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSE Rules and §3a.1, §3a.2 and § 3a.3 of the WSE Rules, the WSE Management Board resolves to introduce as of 28 June 2018 to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the company ALIOR BANK S.A., mentioned in § 1, conditional on the registration of shares and their coding as “PLALIOR00045” by the National Depository for Securities on 28 June 2018.

§ 3

This Resolution shall come into force on the date of adoption.
