Resolution No. 655/2018
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 26 June 2018

concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the GPW Main List
series A, B, B1, B2 and C bearer ordinary shares of the company ML SYSTEM S.A.

§ 1

Pursuant to § 36, § 37, § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules and § 2.1 of Division 4 of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board resolves as follows:

1)    to introduce as of 28 June 2018 to exchange trading on the main market resolves to admit to exchange trading in the main market the following series bearer ordinary shares of the company ML SYSTEM S.A. a par value PLN 1 each:

a)    1,000,000 series A shares,
b)    215,000 series B shares,
c)    135,600 series B1 shares,
d)    17,532 series B2 shares,
e)    1,281,868 series C shares;

2)    to list the shares of the company ML SYSTEM  S.A. mentioned in point 1), in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name „MLSYSTEM” and the code „MLS”.

§ 2

This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
