The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on July 30, 2018 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and 7,180,000 shares of SILVAIR-REGS company (ISIN USU827061099) will supplement WIG and WIG-IT indices.
SILVAIR-REGS company’s shares were introduced to trading on the GPW Main List onJuly 26, 2018 and fulfill free float criteria of the above mentioned indices.

Additionally following the trading session on July 30, 2018, there will be an extraordinary adjustment of the WIG and WIG-Poland indices and shares of FERRUM company (ISIN PLFERUM00014) will be removed from their portfolios.
FERRUM company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.
