of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 22 November 2018

Further to the notification by Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo Spółka Akcyjna (PGNiG S.A.) about the decision of the Company’s Management Board and Supervisory Board of 29 October 2018 concerning the payment by PGNiG S.A. an advance dividend for 2018, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby informs that, pursuant to § 94 of Division IV of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP System, the reference price of the series of futures contracts on PGNiG S.A. shares with ticker symbols FPGNZ18, FPGNH19 and FPGNM19 will be modified for the trading session on 23 November 2018 (first day of trading of PGNiG S.A. without the right to the advance dividend).

The number of shares per contract will be modified for contract series FPGNZ18 and FPGNH19, due to existing open positions at the end of session on 22 November 2018. The number of shares per contract on contract FPGNM19 will not be changed and it will be equal to 1000.

The reference price for the trading session on 23 November 2018 and the new number of shares per contract applicable as of that day will be as follows:

Pursuant to § 91.4 of Division IV of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP System, all broker’s orders for those series of futures contracts submitted to the exchange and not executed by the end of the trading session on 22 November 2018 will become void after the close of trade on that day.

This is also to inform that the number of shares per contract for all series of futures contracts on PGNiG S.A. shares to be introduced to trading as of 27 December 2018 (FPGNU19 and subsequent series) will be 1000. This means that until the expiry of the series FPZUH19, series of futures contracts on PGNiG S.A. shares with a different number of shares per contract will be in trading on the exchange.
