The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007 and  no. 472/2012, as amended, there will be an extraordinary adjustment following the trading session on December 28, 2018 and companies will be removed from the GPW indices according to the below table:

Additionally following the trading session on December 28, 2018:

  • 181,759,000 shares of ECHO company (ISIN PLECHPS00019) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices; ECHO will be removed from sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.
  • 9,595,000  shares of PEKABEX company (ISIN PLPKBEX00072) will supplement sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.

The above mentioned companies no longer meet criteria of the GPW indices, because they were put on the Alert List segment and/or Lower Liquidity Space.
