The Warsaw Stock Exchange, pursuant to the Resolution No. 502/2008 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board of 23 June 2008 on the Liquidity Support Programme (as amended), hereby announces that CFI HOLDING S.A. joined the Liquidity Support Programme on 21 December 2018.

As of 21 December 2018, 151 issuers participate in the Liquidity Support Programme.

Furthermore, the Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that in accordance with Par. 5 of the Resolution No. 502/2008 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board, the liquidity of the Warsaw Stock Exchange listed companies has been reviewed. After verification, shares of 50 issuers have been classified to the Lower Liquidity Zone. Shares of 3 issuers shall be no longer classified to the Lower Liquidity Zone.

The list of issuers whose shares have been classified to the Lower Liquidity Zone and the list of issuers whose shares are no longer classified to the Lower Liquidity Zone are enclosed as an annex to the Communiqué hereof.

The Warsaw Stock Exchange announces that pursuant to Par. 3, IV Division of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, the change of trading system arising from the review of companies’ shares liquidity carried out on 21 December 2018, shall come into force as of trading session on 2 January 2019.
