Communiqué


The Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) announces that based on the Management Board resolutions no. 42/2007, as amended, following the trading session on January 11, 2019 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and 7,456,000 shares of POLWAX company (ISIN PLPOLWX00026) will supplement sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices.

The above mentioned extraordinary adjustment results from index methodology, according
to which after 10 trading days, companies whose shares were suspended at the Financial Supervision

Authority’s (KNF) request and removed from the above mentioned indices are replaced by the company from the reserve list.
