The Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notifies that starting from 1 July 2019 ordinary bearer series M shares (current abbreviated name “SANPL2” and designation “SP2”) of SANTANDER BANK POLSKA S.A. marked with code “PLBZ00000267”, in accordance with Resolution No. 340/2019 of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A. of 26 June 2019 will assigned the following code “PLBZ0000000044”, and thus will be listed on the WSE Main Market together with the remaining shares of SANTANDER BANK POLSKA S.A. under abbreviated name “SANPL” and the designation “SPL”.
