Resolution No. 129/2019
of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
dated 28 February 2019
concerning a revocation of special designation of financial instruments
of the company ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN ZREMB-CHOJNICE S.A. on the GPW Main List
§ 1
Pursuant to § 20.5 of the Exchange Articles of Association, the Exchange Management Board resolves to revoke a special designation of financial instruments of the company ZAKŁAD BUDOWY MASZYN ZREMB-CHOJNICE S.A. referred to in § 1 of the resolution No. 175/2017 of the Exchange Management Board dated 27 February 2017.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.
